1.) How Fast is shipping: 1-3 business days for in stock items AND up to 2 weeks for sale and monogrammed items!!! In-stock items ship out the next business day. Example: If you purchase an item on Saturday it will not ship out until Monday.
2.) PREORDERS ARE FINAL SALE. No returns. No exchanges.
3.) Preorder dates are listed in the post. These are approximate dates. We can't control USPS or UPS shipping. If you preorder a monogrammed item, allow up to 2 additional weeks from preorder date in order for us to monogram the item!

5.) When commenting for monogramming ALWAYS put fLm (first LAST middle). In order to process your monogram, initials must be submitted in the notes section or emailed to us. We cannot process your order without the initials. If initials are not submitted within two weeks, we will ship your item with no monogram.
6.) RETURNS - We accept returns on tagged, unworn, unwashed items within 2 weeks of ship date for a refund. Customer pays the shipping both ways on returns unless it's our fault. There is a 10% restock fee on all items returned for a refund.

7.) INCORRECT ADDRESSES - please make sure that your mailing address is correct. We ship to the address you have listed. We will not be responsible if the item goes to an old address or if you submitted the wrong address. No refund will be given.
